Other than standard products, we also have flexible and lean manufacturing processes in order to make changes to respond to the special needs of our customers. Our organizational structure aims to give the best and fastest service to its customers, through customer orientation and lean manufacturing philosophy of ours, by gathering all operations consisting of administrative staff for design, sales, manufacturing, supply chain departments under a single roof as a "Business Unit".

We do have another customer oriented process called Product Management, as a bridge between sales and production departments; in line with the expectations of customers, working alongside the customer in the field, providing training; and always engaged in the design with the customer, analyzing the functional expectations of the customer, and actively engaging in the implementation.

We have the philosophy to always act with the responsibility of a solution partner, so the customer complaints are immediately recorded as CPAs, and all work, improvement is done immediately as a team with customers and suppliers.
